Prostor Capital – a Russian venture fund focused on profitable investments in proactively growing companies of IT & Internet markets. Fund assets - $50M; the investments are made both in cash as well as by Media for Equity model.
Fund’s investment focus – the stable growth stage (round А and above) projects having ready technological product and fast-growing clients-and-users base. These are companies, interested in external investments and/or active media advancement for the achievement of a new development level. The priority is given to the IT & Internet companies of B2C market. The new financial & Internet technologies, digital medicine, e-commerce (goods for kids, household and leisure, motorists, online-tourism, etc.) are among the target segments.
